Reservation Minimums:
- 3-7 night minimum, depending upon season and
availability.
- 1-2 night reservations considered on individual basis and include a cleaning fee, see below.
Season Rates:

In Season - April 1 - December 31
Weekly Rate: Includes one night free! April - December, except July, August & October.
July, August, October, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years: 5 night minimum. Contact us for possible exceptions. -
Off Season - January 1 - March 31.
Weekly Rate: Includes two nights free! January - March

Chalet rates based on 2 person for 1 bedroom, 4 person for 2 bedroom and 6 person for the Full Zurich & Full Berne (3 bedrooms).
Additional guests fees are $15 per person per night, $75 per week. - Pet fees are $15 per night, $75 per week.
Cleaning Fee:
- 1-2 night reservations considered on individual basis & incur $65 cleaning fee.
1-2 night reservations for full Zurich or full Berne incur a $130 cleaning fee.
