NOTE: 5 night minimum - July, August, October, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
No weekly discounts - July, August, October or Christmas.
2 night reservations considered on individual basis and include $65 cleaning fee, waived for 3 or more nights

Reservation Minimums:

  • 3-7 night minimum, depending upon season and availability.
  • 2 night reservations considered on individual basis and include a cleaning fee, see below.

Rates and Occupancy:

  • WEEKEND RATES WILL APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING DATES IN 2012:  May 26, July 4, Sept 1, November 25 - 28, and December 22 - January 2, 2013.

  • In Season - April 1 - December 31
    Off Season - January 1 - March 31

  • Weekly Rate: Includes one night free! January - December, except July, August & October.
    5 night minimum:  July, August, October, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years

  • Chalet rates based on 2 person for 1 bedroom, 4 person for 2 bedroom and 6 person for (3 bedrooms).
    Three bedroom rentals are the Garrison House, the full Zurich and full Berne.
    An additional charge of $15 per night or $75 per week is added for each occupant over these limits.

  • Pet fees are $15 per night, $75 per week.

Cleaning Fee:

  • 2 night reservations considered on individual basis & incur $65 cleaning fee.
    2 night reservations for full Zurich or full Berne incur a $130 cleaning fee.

    All reservations incur a 7% NC State sales tax and a 4% Occupancy tax
