Pet fees are $25 per night, per pet, or $150 per week.
Please note: cleaning fees are charged on all rentals, regardless of length of stay.
Check in is at 3:00. Check out is at 11:00.

The Upper Berne Chalet is part of a 2-story duplex. The Upper Berne has an open and spacious floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Outdoor spaces include the large entry porch and a small deck off the dining room. The Upper Berne has a newly remodeled kitchen, flooring, and features new furniture in the living room. We do not recommend this unit for families with young children due to sound carrying to lower level guests. The Upper Berne Chalet has parking for one car only. Additional vehicles will need to be parked along the split rail fence by the mailboxes (down the hill) or across from the Laundry facility (up the hill).
There is a $75 housekeeping fee for the Upper Berne Chalet.
Please note: This unit is not suitable for more than 2 dogs. Please contact us if you have more than two furry friends traveling with you.
As a special treat for all guests, enjoy fresh baked cookies from Judy’s famous Well-Bred Bakery & Cafe and a $10 gift certificate upon your arrival.
